How long is my ad activated / 1 month since last active / is it still for sale or not?

If you are an active user on the terres.es platform, the ad will always be active. However, if you do not access your profile for 1 month, a notification will be sent both to your identified access and to the email, to verify that the state of the property continues as reflected in the advertisement. If so, it will continue to be active. If, on the other hand, you do not show any response during the following month, the ad will be deactivated.

If you want to renew the status of the ad, you must access your profile of land.es. You must click the “Enter” button, located at the top right of the web. On the access page you have to fill in the username and password fields. Once you have entered your profile, you must select the ad you want to renew and click on the option “Renew ad status”. Then you have to save the changes.

How to unsubscribe my ad?

To save an ad, you have to click on the option “Save ad as favourite” or on the star icon. It should be noted that, to be able to use this service, you must have a registered profile on land.es. By saving one or more ads as favorites, a personalized list is generated in your profile, where you can check all the news they present.

To request more information about any piece of land, you can contact the advertiser directly, using the information that appears in the ad. If you have any kind of problem establishing contact with the advertiser, you can contact us. To do this, you must use any of our channels (phone, email...). We will carry out all the necessary procedures so that you can verify the information you need.

Keep in mind that a long period of time may pass from the publication of the announcement, so there is information that may vary.

If you find an ad that is inaccurate or has offensive content, report the situation through the “Report ad” option.
