A priori on the main page you can already see some of the properties available without a prior search. But, for a custom and more accurate result there are two ways:
1. Initial information. After the welcome text, the website divides the ads into lots, plots, country houses and real estate. The latter more widespread includes flats, houses and chalets. In each chosen section the only filter available is by province. Therefore, any type of search carried out can only be defined by zone. For example, if you have opted for lots on the home page, you will get a list of all those available in Spain. In the preview of each ad, you can see the square meters, price, reference, typology (plot, plot, farm...) and the place where it is located.

How to publish an ad on Fincas Rusticas?
The publication process is the same for both individuals and professionals in the sector. To include an ad, follow these steps:
1. Personal information. This data will be included in the ad file. When this is selected, you will be able to see the contact person, the telephone number, emailand the name of the company (if it is a real estate agency).
2. Characteristic. Although the portal does not offer to filter by property peculiarities, adding all the possible data gives the user more confidence and obtains all the necessary information of interest. Here you must insert the Title of the property, category (any of the views above), province, description, price, number of rooms, square meters, location, and state (sale, transfer or none).
