- And click on search or on map. Where you can see each and every one of the properties available according to the parameters indicated above.
Once we have the list, it is possible to sort it by new listings or by price. The portal also offers "Additional options to what you are looking for". This is a plus of properties that do not have exactly the same characteristics you are looking for, but are very similar to them. In general, they are usually in the same area, have a similar price or the same number of rooms, for example.
What information do Housage ads offer?

Undoubtedly, property valuation is the main service offered by this real estate portal. It dedicates a section entirely to it and, in addition, it is available both online and in person at its offices with valuers approved by the Bank of Spain.
This service offers individuals the ability to find out what is the best retail price for their property. The tool allows you to:

- Check, according to Housage's recent sales history, which is the ideal price.
- As well as the last published properties in the same neighbourhood.
- Get to know the area better. From schools, restaurants or green areas
- Inspection of the property to know its real characteristics and condition.

The online valuation is available in a few minutes, after filling in a form. Meanwhile, the in-person appraisal can take between 3 and 7 days, as it is a more exhaustive examination that includes: the appraiser's visit to the house, measurements of the property, taking photographs, checking the Land Registry and municipal ordinances and analysis of the market in the district.
In addition, there is a small "Questions and Answers" section to clarify the main doubts about the appraisal, such as: who must pay for it, whether or not it is compulsory, the factors that influence the final value of the property and the necessary documentation.
