What is Kazaz?
It is a real estate portal where both professionals and individuals can buy, sell or rent from a penthouse in the centre of Madrid to a plot in a town in Valencia. Among its great offer, Kasaz highlights the second-hand flats, new construction, land and offices as flagship and outstanding sections.

How does Kazaz work?
The main objective of this real estate platform that was born in 2017 is not to repeat properties. 2. By category. Homes (flats, penthouses, houses and duplexes), new construction, land (in Catalonia, Madrid, Valencia and Andalusia), offices (in the same areas as above) and other real estate (parking, industrial warehouse and buildings).
3. Explore map. It is possible, through an interactive map, to browse, enlarge, reduce or even draw an area where you can see the properties available in the area using icons.
4. Properties in the main cities. Flats in Madrid or Barcelona. On the main page,you can find a small gallery in movement, with the most outstanding residences of the great Spanish cities. To obtain a more accurate list of properties, it is necessary to include filters to these options such as:

How to post an ad on Kasaz?
Nothing further than usual, the web portal asks users to fill in the necessary data such as Telephone, home address, a description, extra services, characteristics or photos, even videos. All this so that potential customers have everything they need in the ad to make an appointment, call the agent directly or buy. Thanks to virtual visits and the 3D option, it is possible to visualize some properties practically as if you were on site.
What data is public in the ad?
• Photographs. The portal allows the agency's logo to be included in the snapshots provided.
• Contact the seller. Without any type of intermediation from Kasaz, buyers can communicate directly with the bidding agency or individual.
• Save or share. Users can save the property in their private and/or alert area, as well as send a direct link to their partner, family or friends via WhatsApp or email.
• Calculate the mortgage. Simulate with their personal and economic data to find out if they can buy the said residence.
